COVID-19 Policy/Procedures: Re-opening

Hello friends of Lacroix Eye Care!

On May 18th, our practice will re-open for normal business hours for patient care, but we will be reducing the number of patients in the office at one time. Please call to schedule all appointments including the delivery and adjustment of eyewear. Contact lenses will be shipped directly to your home.

Please be aware, we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you safe during your visit. Patients will be pre-screened before entering and must wear masks in accordance to state/CDC guidelines. Your temperature will be checked. We ask that you come unattended unless accompanying a minor, and please fill out any patient paperwork sent to your mobile device or email prior to your appointment time. Patients are to call/text the office upon arrival and wait in their cars. Our staff will then instruct you on the process.

The health and safety of you, your family, and our team is our highest priority.
